I out-did myself with this one. There is a lot of complexity here between the earthiness of the Thai Basil and the floral notes of the Geranium Leaf. The subtle citrus flavors round it out. I’ve had this in a number of vodka and gin based cocktails including a Strawberry Basil Martini and a Thai Gimlet. I’ve even tried it on vanilla ice cream and THAT totally rocks!
